Why renting a room is better than renting an apartment?
1. Cost - Save $600-$700 renting my rooms over an apartment
Renting a single bedroom apartment can cost anywhere from $700-$900 and more! You
then have to pay for utilities, internet, heat, hydro, cable and all other cost
associated to maintain living conditions which easily totlas up to $300-$400. By
renting a room, you can easily save yourself $600-$700 every month. Just imagine
what you can do with an additional savings of $600-$700 per month, every month!
2. No Commitment
An apartment generally requires a one year lease. My policy is an open concept relationship.
I do not force anyone to stay if they do not want to.
If you do need to move, you
are absolutely welcome to at anytime. Just let me know 60 days in advance and our
agreement is terminated.
In this generation, change is the norm. Have you ever lost cell phone while in a
contract? Have you ever needed to suddenly switch jobs? Has a family emergency ever
arrised? You do not want to deal with other problems when the unexpected happens.
This policy saves you money, hassle and gives you worry free flexibility.
3. Friendly Roommates - no roommate horror stories.
I am very selective in picking the tenants. My tenants are all non-smokers, working
professional and mature responsble citizens. I explicity require my tenants to either
be at least 27 or working towards a Masters degree because I do not believe people
really mature until they reach 27.
When you see the rooms in this house, you will notice the rooms are far away from
eachother. This gives the privacy people enjoy and at the same time, people are
still around, if you ever feel like socializing.
I currently have two tenants who has been happily living there for more than three
years.
